- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen kale
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop of Dynamis Refuel s6k Triple Chocolate Cake protein powder
- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate or stevia chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of peppermint extract (you can add more or less)
- Coconut whipped cream to top with a couple stevia chips
